There’s literally hundreds of great drawing, manga, comic, painting, sculpting, and art related books on this site. The website language is in Russian but many of the books are in their native language. Hopefully this is as helpful to many others as it was to me!

The final ever exhibition is under way at Bournville. We are the last students to have the privilege to study there as Art and Design Foundation students, as it will be no more. This has been the quickest and the best year of my life. All the people I have met, and all the things I have learnt have been amazing, and I wouldn’t change anything about. This is it! It has been great, and people can go and see our work, eek… So yeah! To an amazing year!
GUESS WHO PASSED THEIR ART FOUNDATION COURSE WITH A MERIT!
I’m well chuffed, I wasn’t expecting it, especially after losing interest in my project and running out of time at the end to do anything half decent. YAY! Merit. It’s been one of the best years of my life, and I have enjoyed every moment of it, from learning all these new skills, meeting new people, and paving the way to what kind of artist I am. All I can say now is roll on September where I will be studing Visual Communication (Illustration) at BCU!!!
I can’t believe it, my art foundation year is almost over. All my work is handed in for assessment, and the only left is the show, and then that’s it, it’s officially over. This year has been awesome, I have met some awesome people, and had a blast. I would seriously recommend to everyone who wants to pursue art, to complete an art foundation year!!!!
